Hey!

We are a supplement shop located near the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, called “Svpplements.” Ally or myself will respond back to you directly. Please keep in mind we are consistently fulfilling orders, taking care of customers, and just managing every hat as we are small business.

We are currently short staffed, “yeah yeah everyone automatically says that..” but honestly had a great team the last 2.5 years and in sync. Then 2 went to college, 2 graduated college, 1 got married, so down 5 people. We are getting new people trained but just getting back up to speed. As of 10/10/25 we are getting caught up on emails and most orders have been sent out, so your labels should show updates. I did have an issue on the backend of stock keeping being out of sync and a handful of flavors were oversold, so we can get you a flavor change, or a product upgrade at no cost extra cost. Plus so freebies on the backend for the delay. I am so sorry for this and not the level of service I want to be at. I will make sure you are taken care of!!
