Shipping & Returns
UPS Shipping takes, on average, 1-5 Business Days.
UPS is paid for by the customer but we make the expense as cheap as possible by covering 1/2 the cost in which includes free, complimentary insurance on your package.
Free Shipping is typically through the Post Office (USPS), when just under 1 pound. For example: a single pre-workout, 1 to 3 fat burners, or other pill-based bottles would usually be via USPS. However, 2 or more heavier items, like powder based products, will ship via UPS, most of the time. Sometimes it will go as USPS Priority, on occasion. This is due to what zoning is fastest.
Free Shipping is not insured. We are not responsible if it gets lost in shipment or “falsely” delivered. You can add insurance to your Free Shipping for the approximate cost of $2.99. This ensures and guarantees you will get your items. Personally, as the owner, I would encourage to at least use this during the peak months of October-January, when shipping through the post office as it is more likely to face conflict.
Overnight Shipping is through UPS. If you over-night ship, it's the next business day. Friday Overnight shipments get delivered on Monday, not Saturday or Sunday. That is how UPS Next Day Air works. Shipping Cuts off at 4pm eastern time as that is when the UPS takes our last over-night shipping. If you ordered at 4:05 PM and paid over night on a Thursday, it will count as a Friday shipment and UPS would pick up the shipment on Friday. Thus, they over-night and it arrives to you on Monday! We will not refund shipping cost if we ship out overnight and it gets delayed by UPS. We do not make a penny on over-night shipping, or any shipping at all in fact. So, if you order on Friday and get the next day, Monday, we will not refund as we paid for the shipping on your behalf and that is still next day according to UPS, not us.
Specifics and Restrictions:
We allow returns & exchanges of unused, unopened products within 90 days from original purchase date. Shipping costs will be refunded as well!!:)
The only exemption is on next day air packages. We can not refund the shipping cost as we only charge what ups charges and they do not refund that. We hope that is understandable, though we will be happy to help with any issue and get you the correct product!
Due to health and safety concerns with the type of products we sell, we are unable to take back items in which the manufacturer’s seal has been opened, used, damaged, or broken.
How to Return or Exchange:
When returning an item please email email@example.com with your order number and full name placed on the order for instructions. Please do not ship the product before contacting us as we cannot guarantee your return.
When canceling an item or order please contact via email or phone at the following: firstname.lastname@example.org or +1 (574) 250-8180 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. If an order was prepped and shipped, please read our “HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE”. Then once the product is returned to our warehouse, we can process a full refund.
Buyer is responsible for All Shipping and Tracking Costs for the return. Please make sure you get a shipping receipt from the carrier as we are not responsible for items lost in shipping or stolen.
